Return and Exchange Policy

For Returns:

If you want to return your items, please notify us by email firstly stating the reason and the order number for the item within 10 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items MUST be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation or Royal Mail signed for service. Wowcharmer.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The payment will be refunded to your credit card account within 10 days after receiving the returns. Please pay attention that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

In the unlikely event of any defects, we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods. Please return it within 10 days after you receiving them with complete packaging. If your item is faulty, simply contact us with your order number and details (a picture) of the fault you wish to return. within 10 days after the faulty goods returned, we will refund the postage costs upon request.

For Exchanges:

Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal or lower price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at service@wowcharmer.com ASAP. Our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the order from being processed or shipped. .But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If it is stopped in time before delivery, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If your order has been dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it. You can return the parcel received for a refund. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer), we will arrange a refund (original shipping charges are non-refundable) in 7 working days.

 

 

Shipping and Tracking

We ship products to locations within the China and most international locations which USPS/EMS can reach.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within 10~20 working days after we receive your payment. In the unlikely events, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we would email you to inform you about the likely delay.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be held for picking up if it not be signed for or delivered.

Please ensure that you provide us with the proper and correct shipping address. The shipping address you provided MUST be a valid address with a postal service. We are not responsible for the orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses filled on our website.

All delivery items will be sent by the "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service makes sure that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please pay attention to track your parcel status online.
