Shipping and Tracking

We ship products to locations within the China and most international locations which USPS can reach.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within 10~20 working days after we receive your payment. In the unlikely events, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we would email you to inform you about the likely delay.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be held for picking up if it not be signed for or delivered.

Please ensure that you provide us with the proper and correct shipping address. The shipping address you provided MUST be a valid address with a postal service. We are not responsible for the orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses filled on our website.

All delivery items will be sent by the "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service makes sure that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please pay attention to track your parcel status online.
